• When can I pickup my order? Pickup is available between 12 PM and 2 PM on your selected date: Wednesday, November 26 or Thursday, November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day)

• Where do I pick up? You’ll receive a “Your Order Is Ready” email with pickup details

• What happens if I miss my pickup? If you do not pick up your order by 2 PM on your selected day, your order will be marked fulfilled and is non-refundable.
