We’re a veteran owned, family run restaurant built on community, kindness, and seriously good food.
What started in 2005 as a father and son tradition of deep frying and smoking turkeys for church members and the homeless has grown into a full blown culinary venture. Word spread, demand grew, and the menu expanded. Today, every dish is made with the same love as those original turkeys.

But this isn’t just about feeding people. It’s about showing up for the community. In the past year alone, we’ve donated over $5,000 in food and services to local youth and nonprofit organizations.
